Messy Tacos

I have a new appreciation for the flat bottom taco shells. Tonight was the first time I've made tacos in a very long time. I'm a huge flour tortilla fan so when I'm craving Mexican it's usually burritos, enchilada or fajitas. Tonight I felt like making tacos so I ran out and bought some taco shells. The wrong kind for sure. It was quite comical as well as messy trying to fill those things.

I tried really hard to keep the filling in the shells.
The plate was a lot worse. I cleaned it a up a bit.

Next time for sure I'm going to get the flat bottom shells.
