Oh I was bad last night. I went to a "Ginger" birthday dinner were all the food was ginger inspired.
Carmel Apple Punch - I had four or fives small glasses.
My first bad.
Chips with Queso, Sweet Potato Fries with a Mayo dipping sauce
Pumpkin Soup. Ate enough of everything to be my big second bad.
Cookies - I was good. I didn't have one.
Pumpkin Roll - I ate a slice and brought a (small) slice home.
My third bad.
My last bad of the night was I had a glass of wine.

I was not planning on working out today but because of my actions last night I think it might be a good idea if I do. It's pouring outside so I think I'll do JM 30 day.
