makes me want to stay in my PJ's all day. But I have things to do, a workout to perform, people to see.
I went to bed around 11:30 and awoke at 7:45. Fell right asleep and slept wonderfully. On days I workout I tend to have great sleep.
Breakfast
I had a bowl of Grapenuts with Silk milk and raisins. Cup of green tea with honey.
I'm going to have a banana before I walk down to the gym.
