I'm off to a late start this morning. I had a hard time falling asleep last night. Totally my fault. I was working and on the computer way to late. I really need to turn this thing off earlier. Fell asleep a little after 3AM. Up at 8AM felt horrible so I fell back to sleep for another hour. Nights like that really mess up my day. I've already had a couple cups of coffee and I'm on my third. I'm trying to get back to only drinking coffee a couple times a week and drinking green tea more often. I'm actually hungery this morning. I think I'm going to make a bowl of Nature's Path flax plus cereal with soy milk and some of the strawberry yogurt I made yesterday.
I love this yogurt. I take a handful of fresh or frozen strawberries (last night I used frozen and let them thaw).
Add two cups of plain low or non fat yogurt and a tablespoon or two of honey.
I like to let it sit overnight for the flavors to blend.
This makes a couple servings. Yummy and all natural.
Today's going to be a mellow day and I'm OK with that.
